This is an excellent turn-based puzzle game by Roman Revzin.
Save your plops from being eaten by all sorts of baddies.
Click a plop to have it reproduce itself, it's offspring will fly out in various directions. Blue offsping will attract other plops, green ones will drive other plops away.
Surrounding the baddies with at least three plops will take care of em.
Make sure you follow the tutorial before playing, it's worth the effort!

Save the desired number of Plops. (keep an eye at the green 'plop-o-meter')
Surround baddies or goodies by at least three plops to remove them.
