Expand your empire and go for total domination in this real-time tactical colonization game.

The game is quite complex, so make sure you follow the in-game tutorial.

Instructions

Interface:

  1. You are the blue stars. kill the others.
  2. Select blue stars in the normal way, clicking, select box, shift clicking.
  3. Send the ships that are orbiting star to other stars (friendly and enemy) by clicking on the target while holding the Ctrl key.
  4. Specialise stars by hitting the coloured buttons on the top left.

Basics:

  1. Stars contribute to your empires economy.
  2. Economy supports the upkeep of ships.
  3. You can't have more ships than you have economy.
  4. Naval (blue) stars produce ships.
  5. Economic (green) stars produce economy.
  6. Defence (red) stars produce defence satellites.
  7. Mine Layer (yellow) stars produce mine fields.
  8. Standard (grey) stars produce a little bit of all these.

Tactical tips:

  1. Coordinate attacks - you can get x2,x3, and x4 bonuses for simultaneous attacking a star from several sides at once.
  2. Build defence and mine layers around you empire borders to protect from attack.
  3. Use your ships to expand your empire.
  4. Don't fly over enemy stars - Any defence satellites you fly over get to shoot your ships down, it's a duck shoot!
